Michelle Wideman

Michelle Wideman joined Onna in October 2020 as the company’s first Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Michelle is responsible for Onna’s Technical Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.  Michelle joined Onna from Dell Boomi, where she was the company’s Chief Customer Success Officer. Previously, she was the East Coast VP of Sales for Boomi and has over twenty years of software experience having worked at Dell via Dell Technologies, Quest Software, Imceda Software, and Embarcadero Technologies.

Glen Hasling

Glen Hasling started his career more than 20 years ago working as an Organization and Human Performance Consultant.  He quickly broadened his perspective of performance consulting to address more than learning needs alone. Throughout his career he has developed scalable and sustainable human performance solutions for fast-paced, global, multi-industry, growth-oriented organizations such as Equifax, The Home Depot, Citi, and Accenture.   

Kaylene Eckels

Kaylene is a veteran of the contact center industry, joining Etech in December 2006. During her tenure Kaylene has held several leadership positions including Director of Operations, AVP Global Operations, Vice President of Global Operations, and since February 2017 has served as COO with responsibilities spanning Operations and Training with a focus on contact center operations specializing in Consumer and B2B spanning various voices and digital mediums.

Finn Toner

Finn works with Google Cloud’s customers to help them use culture and learning as an accelerant to their journey to the cloud. Before joining Google, Finn worked at Accenture Strategy and The Mind Gym. He’s from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Michele Snead

Michele is a strategic Learning & Development professional and a certified change practitioner.  For the past 25 years, Michele has focused on helping individuals learn and adopt new ways of working – whether that be a strategic HR initiative, a technology transformation, a focus on new processes, or a major organizational restructuring, her intent has been to apply Learning & Development and changes principles to ensure organizations are meeting their business goals.

Josh Felix

As an expert in learning and training for both large corporations and small businesses, Josh enjoys the ability to change the way companies around the globe educate their employees. Focused on the 360º learning approach of knowledge transfer, knowledge reinforcement and knowledge assessment he assists clients to both make the change as well as implement this approach with proven learning platform tools.
